Ngatia Weru is a highly experienced Principal Engineering Project Manager with a robust background in mechanical engineering and a passion for sustainable energy solutions. With an MSc in Energy and Environmental Engineering and an MBA from the University of Sheffield, Ngatia combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver complex projects that align with modern sustainability goals. Over the past decade, Ngatia has successfully managed large-scale engineering projects, including the design and implementation of innovative solutions for automation, packaging, and energy efficiency. His ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate matrix organizational structures ensures high productivity in both collaborative and individual settings.
